Congratulations to Sascha, our 6-Week Summer Body Challenge™ winner. Sascha came to us with the mindset that she was going to make health & fitness a priority in her life. She has an awesome job & career, but it requires a lot of hard work and time which we all know makes it tough to dedicate time & energy to workouts and getting meals prepped. She didn’t let this hold her back though! All excuses aside, she showed up to some pretty intense workouts ready to kick butt everyday. She made the change in her nutrition to start cooking and eating healthier meals that would help her reach her goals. She even made the time to get those active recovery days in whether it meant going for a hike or a run with her pup. Progress to a healthier life like this only comes when you are ready to be real with yourself. You have to start living with healthy habits & make wiser choices even when you don’t feel like it. Sascha has been persistent in all of these areas and her results show for it! Her starting weight was 131lbs at 35.4% body fat and 27.3% skeletal muscle. She is now at 133lbs at 28.6% body fat and 31.8% skeletal muscle. That's a loss of 8.3lbs of body fat, a 6.5lb increase in muscle and most of all, her body composition has changed dropping her waist size from a 6 to a 4 all in just 6 weeks! Awesome work Sascha! We will continue to get better and we can’t wait to see what more you can accomplish in the next phase of your fitness journey.

Come and enjoy healthy refreshments and snacks. Meet some of TAOF Team and other challengers. Complete your initial Health & Fitness Analysis with a Fitness Coach. Take advantage of exclusive discounts and offers.

Take 3 photos at home and save electronically or take them during the Kickstart Weekend.

PARTICIPATION

MAY 29 - JULY 9

Participate in weekly classes and Discover Tuesdays. Adhere to nutrition, meal plan, and accountability guidelines. Complete weekly cardio goals. Check-in before workouts and post on social media in relation to your progress.

WEIGH-OUT

JULY 3 - 9

Weigh-out and take last measurements with a Fitness Coach and discuss new goals. You can also take after photos at this time.

AFTER PHOTOS

JULY 3 - 9

Take 3 photos at home and save electronically or take them during weigh-out.

SUBMIT STORY

JULY 3 - 9

Submit personal essay and 6 photos to be entered to win prizes.

FINALIST ANNOUNCEMENT

TAKING PROPER "BEFORE" & "AFTER" PHOTOS

Participants will be required (Official Rules) to submit three (3) “before” photos and three (3) “after” photos at home or weigh-ins and weigh-outs: front, side profile and back photos that show the full body. You should wear a swimsuit or similar clothing and pose the same in the before and after photos. The ideal pose would be standing straight up, without pushing out or sucking in your stomach.
